What Shipping service do you use?
USPS First Class Mail
What does the shipping rate start at?
USPS First Class Mail: $5.00 for first item +$4.00 with other product. Shipping depends on the weight and location your package is shipped to.
How quickly do you ship after I've ordered?
Your order will be fulfilled in 2-7 business days, and then sent out to you.
Then you will get a tracking number from USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days after fulfillment, delays from USPS may occur).
Returns & Exchanges
At the moment, DreamGoodsCo does not offer returns or exchanges.
All sales are final.
What happens if I provided the wrong address?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
What if my package is unclaimed?
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
How do I return my item?
All sales are final. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.
